The Rainmaker is a machine that, when placed, will wait for the player to give it an Iodine Charge or a Dissipation Charge.

An Iodine Charge when placed inside the Rainmaker will make it rain and the Dissipation Charge when placed inside the Rainmaker will stop the rain.

Charges can be inserted in to the machine either by a player right-clicking with the charge in hand or by inserting the charges using pipes,

Both Iodine Charges and Dissipation Charges are made in the Carpenter.
